Teen Wheel Dates: June 8 to 11 Time: 3:00 to 5:00 pm Ages: 13 to 17 ---- Our summer classes are designed with the Salida kid in mind -- here one week, gone the next. Learn the pottery wheel in this four-day teen pottery intensive! Students will learn the fundamentals of wheel throwing -- centering, pulling walls, and shaping forms -- while building skills and techniques each day. This class offers a fun environment to explore creativity and make functional pieces from clay. Pieces will be bisque fired and glazed after the class. ----- Sliding scale and need-based scholarships are available. ------ Cancellation policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be made by email to salidaceramics@gmail.com. Requests made more than ten days before the first class will be refunded in full. Requests within ten days of the first class will be refunded at 50%. Once the class begins, no refunds are available. Orders over $100 will incur a $20 processing fee for cancellations. If a class or workshop does not fill, the studio reserves the right to cancel it one week before the start date. ----- Members receive 20% off of classes and workshops.
