Day: Monday evenings Time: 5:30 to 8:00 p.m. Dates: September 7 to October 12 Duration: 6 weeks Instructor: Roe Smith (they/them) Designed for students who have taken a beginner class or have some basic wheel experience. This course builds confidence and consistency while introducing more refined throwing skills. Each session introduces a focused technique or form, followed by guided throwing time with instructor support. Students keep all finished pieces made during the course. Students receive 35+ hours of open studio access to practice and grow outside of class. Students should be confident centering, pulling, and shaping to enroll in this class. A 25lb bag of clay is included in the class. -- Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made by email to salidaceramics@gmail.com. Requests made more than ten days before the first class will be refunded in full. Requests within ten days of the first class will be refunded at 50%. Once the class begins, no refunds are available. Orders over $100 will incur a $20 processing fee for cancellations. If a class or workshop does not fill, the studio reserves the right to cancel it one week before the start date. Sliding scale and need-based scholarships are available. Members receive 20% off classes and workshops.
